Signature Name
The name you sign every day, or the one you're about to give your child. Read against your chart, not against a list of lucky characters.
This is for you if
- You're naming a child and want more behind the decision than "it sounds nice" or a list of auspicious characters off the internet
- You're starting a business and the name is about to go on everything — registration, signage, contracts, the lot
- Your name has never quite felt like yours, and you're considering adjusting how you write or use it
- You're already making changes elsewhere and want your name pointing the same direction as everything else
What we cover
Around two hours together, working through the name and what you're deciding.
- The five-element makeup of each character — what energy the name is actually carrying
- How it sits against your BaZi — whether it reinforces what's already strong, or fills what's short
- Where it helps and where it costs — names aren't simply good or bad; they lean, and it's worth knowing which way yours leans
Covers personal names, business names, and naming for a newborn.
How it works
Enquire
Tell me whose name it is and what you’re deciding — reviewing an existing name, or choosing a new one.
Send the details
Birth date, time and place. For a business, the details of the person behind it. For a newborn, the birth details and any surname or characters you’re set on.
Your session
About two hours together. If you’re choosing, we go through the candidates so you’re not just handed a list.
Names aren't lucky. They're directional.
Most naming advice works from a fixed list: these characters are auspicious, those are unlucky, pick from column A. It's the same formula problem that shows up everywhere else in this field — a rule applied without asking who it's being applied to.
A name carries five-element energy, and that energy has to meet the person actually carrying it. The same character can strengthen one person and overload another who already has too much of it. There's no list that can know that in advance, because the answer depends on the chart.
So the question I'm answering isn't "is this name lucky." It's whether this name is pushing in the same direction as the person wearing it — and if it isn't, what to do about it.
For a newborn, that's a decision that stays with them for life, which is exactly why it's worth more than fifteen minutes and a search result. For a business, the name ends up on every document you sign — it may as well be working for you.
Two stages
Start with a review of the name in use. If you decide you want a different one — or you're naming a child or a business from scratch — selection is the next step.
Existing name review
S$360
A consultation of around two hours on the name you already use.
Auspicious name selection
S$675
Three candidate names, with a five-page written PDF.
If you're naming a child, message early. It's a far better conversation with time in hand than in the week the birth certificate is due.
