It isn't the consultation itself. Three observations is not a reading — that work takes hours, and it's the part you'd be booking afterwards. You'll also leave knowing which of the four services fits your situation, or that none of them does.
You'll need your date, time and place of birth — the booking form asks for them. Runs on Google Meet, in English or Mandarin — say which you'd prefer when you book.

Your date, time and place of birth. If you don't know the exact hour, say so — there are ways to narrow it down, and it's better to flag it than to guess.
For Feng Shui
The floor plan, floor plus postal code. Also who lives there — the same house treats each person differently. Say whether you're comparing units or want the property surveyed.
