Feng Shui Audit
Two ways in: a remote review worked from your floor plan, or a full on-site survey of the property.
This is for you if
- You're choosing between units — a BTO ballot, a resale shortlist, a new condo — and want to know which one suits your household
- You've moved somewhere new and things have felt harder since, without an obvious reason
- Someone at home is struggling — health, focus, mood, or how people are getting along — and you want to know whether the space is contributing
- You're planning a renovation and would rather get the layout right before the contractor starts
- You've had a feng shui consultation before, bought what you were told to buy, and nothing changed
Two ways to do this
Most people start with the floor plan review. The on-site audit is the deeper option — worth it when the property is large, when you're renovating, or when you want the whole place worked through room by room.
Floor plan review
S$465
Worked remotely from your floor plan — no home visit needed. The session can be recorded so you can go back over it later.
Full on-site audit
S$1.50 / sq ft
I survey the property in person, room by room, and you get a 20–30 page written strategy report.
On-site is charged by floor area, so the figure depends on the size of the property. Tell me the size and I'll give you the number before we go any further.
What gets looked at
- Where the house is strong — the parts already working for you
- Where it needs attention — what's applying pressure, and to whom
- Person by person — how the same house treats each person living in it differently
- Priorities tied to your goal — if you're after career stability, the recommendations look different than if health is the concern
- Practical adjustments — placement, usage and layout changes, sequenced by what matters most
How it works
Enquire
Tell me your situation — what you’re deciding, or what’s not working — and whether you want the remote review or the full on-site audit.
Send the details
For the remote review: your floor plan, postal code, floor and unit number, and who lives there. For on-site, we arrange a time for me to come to the property.
Your session
We go through what the space is doing and what to change first. The remote session can be recorded; the on-site audit comes with a written report.
The house is only half of it
Feng shui has no shortage of schools. Flying Stars has become close to default in recent years, and a lot of practitioners will tell you to buy a south-facing door to catch the current period's energy. Which raises a fair question: is every other orientation simply bad? Not in my experience.
I've been on the other side of this. I paid well for a consultation on my own home. I was told the house clashed with the man of the household, and sent off with a list of objects to place around it. I placed them. Health, relationships, work — everything stayed exactly where it was.
So I went and studied YiJing space-time feng shui properly. Reading the space through the five elements, yin and yang, and the eight trigrams is what finally showed me where the actual problem was. Within two months my family's health had improved and relationships at home started to thaw. The part I value most, though, is that I began to understand each person in the house — their own energy, their own rhythm, and how to support each other at the right moments.
That's the difference. A rule applied to a floor plan tells you very little. What matters is reading the space and the people in it, against what this household is actually trying to do.

If you're weighing up more than one unit, say so up front — comparing options is one of the most useful times to do this.
